As a Security Officer Licensed Full Time Patrol in San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support the public with outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, riders, and/or members of the public by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and/or other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report observations through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned buildings, platforms, parking areas, offices, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions needing attention.
• Monitor access points and public areas, help to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive behavior, and document security-related concerns in accordance with post orders.
• Support emergency response activities, assist with crowd and/or pedestrian flow during routine operations or special events, and communicate with supervisors and local authorities as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
