If you’re ready to shape the future of fabrication, come build it with us.Your Impact:As our Content Marketing Manager, your mission is to drive our content strategy and produce industry-leading technical assets — from high-impact case studies to video stories — that appeal to our diverse audience of engineers, designers, and innovators. You will be the primary engine for Formlabs’ technical storytelling. You aren’t just a writer; you are a content "quarterback" who can translate complex hardware innovations into compelling narratives that drive lead generation and brand authority.If you’re passionate about technology, have a flair for the written word, a knack for the perfect tone, and a drive to tell stories, this is the perfect challenge for you!What You'll Do:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop written communications and creative media that grow brand awareness, increase traffic to our website, and drive lead generation and salesIdentify and interview customers and collaborate with them to publish both written and video case studiesProduce high-quality guides and white papers derived from in-depth research and hands-on experimentation with various applicationsCreate content for sales enablement and sell sheets that support new productsPartner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Web teams to ensure content is technically accurate and conversion-focusedDefine and execute content marketing campaigns and strategies across verticals, funnel stages, and marketsDeeply understand our buyer personas and target industry segments to create a content plan aligned with buyers’ needs and our internal funnelsManage content creation and distribution across our digital channels (web, social, email, etc.)Maintain consistent style and tone throughout Formlabs content, editing the work of other content creators to bring it to its bestAbout You:2+ years of writing and editing experience, preferably for web or other digital media2+ years of experience in online content or communications strategy, both planning and executionUniversity/college education in marketing, business, engineering, journalism, communications, education, linguistics, public relations, or similarProlific writing skills and attention to detailQuick to develop an understanding of technical topics, with an ability to translate them into effective content for technical and business audiencesProven ability to work independently and cross-functionallyAnalytical, proactive, and goal-driven mindsetStructured and strong project management skillsBonus Skills:Technical background, “engineer turned marketer” or experience with any of the industries we work with in 3D printingExperience with a modern online marketing tech stack like AI assistants, Google Analytics, Salesforce, SEO tools (Ahrefs), CRM, spreadsheets, and CMS editingExperience with photo and video productionWorking knowledge of SEO tacticsFamiliarity with CAD modeling and 3D printingOur Benefits & Perks:Robust equity program to build future wealth through RSUsComprehensive healthcare coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)401K matching and access to financial advisorsGenerous paid Parental Leave (up to 16 weeks)Tenure-based paid Sabbatical Leave (up to 6 weeks)Flexible Out of Office Plan – Take time when you need itAmple on-site parking & pre-tax commuter benefitsHealthy on-site lunches, snacks, beverages, & treatsRegular sponsored professional development opportunitiesMany opt-in culture events across our diverse communityAnd of course… unlimited 3D printsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We believe that equity is a critical component of compensation at Formlabs, and we want our newest team members to understand the potential value of their equity compensation. Full time employees receive equity, in the form of RSUs. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance to your impact.At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization.The annual base pay range for this role is:$85,000—$120,000 USD
