Now Hiring: Production Supervisor

Location: Chaska, MN

Pay: $68K to $92K annually

Shift: 2:30pm to 11:00pm M-F

Employment Type: Direct Hire

About this Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on the production line and help ensure products are produced safely and consistently. This role plays an important part in maintaining food safety, production standards, and compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Organize and supervise the operations and work practices throughout their shift, ensuring safety standards, performance standards, and customer specifications are met.
• Investigates and document safety incidents, identifies corrective action and make recommendations.
• Process paperwork related to daily production output.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with policies, procedures, and government regulations.
• Conduct regular shift meetings to discuss general work related topics.
• Process employee payroll.
• Communicate with other departments in the bakery to address issues and maintain/elevate standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
• Conduct on the job, monthly, and annual training for employees.
• More duties as assigned.

What makes you a great fit:

• 3-5 years production supervisor experience in a food production environment
• Must have proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Must be able to communicate with tact and professionalism at all times
• Effective verbal, written, interpersonal, and instructional skills
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft office products
