Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling assigned technicians
• Communicate with customers to confirm schedule daily
• Ensure all scheduled jobs have PO#/CC#
• Ensure all customer info/equip info is accurate and current
• Pull parts from warehouse for job and load on staging shelf

Qualifications of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduler experience required
• This requires head-on communication, written, telephone, and computer skills
• Must have computer experience (2 years required)
• CRM experience (1 year preferred)
• Experience in any the following areas make an excellent air compressor service technician scheduler: Automotive, Concrete, Forklift, HVAC, Refrigeration, Rental, Field Service Repair

Pay range: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (DOE)

Working conditions: Office environment

Training/Certifications: We will train

Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 7:30am- 4:00pm

Travel: N/A

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
