The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities to fuel our growth. This role involves strategic outreach, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of our products and the education technology market.Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.Qualification & Relationship Building: Qualify leads as sales opportunities based on specific criteria, such as their needs, budget, and decision-making process. Establish strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business challenges and offering solutions that align with their objectives.Collaboration & Strategy Execution: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Provide insights and feedback from prospective clients to help refine marketing campaigns and product offerings.Experience:Proven Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the EdTech or SaaS industry. A track record of achieving sales quotas.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and influence potential clients, articulate value propositions clearly, and maintain professional relationships.Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and research skills to identify trends in the education sector and understand market dynamics. Ability to use CRM software to track leads and manage sales activities efficiently.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Technology, or related fields.Motivation & Drive: Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
