Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility and independence.
- Work on improving patient independence with tasks such as getting up from a chair or climbing stairs.
- Lead, guide, and direct the delivery of physical therapy services while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations and established facility policies.
- Collaborate with patients to set and achieve rehabilitation goals to enhance their quality of life.
