The Role As a Therapist with our Adult Services team, you will provide counseling to the Adult population. You will also be responsible for treatment planning and review for/with clients. In this role, you may work in individual settings or with groups, always striving to make an important difference in our community. This is a hybrid position offering schedule flexibility and work from home options. Specific Responsibilities Perform intake assessments, appropriate triage and referrals Provide treatment planning and review for/with clients annually Provide full regimen of therapeutic modalities, including psychotherapy, case management and crisis stabilization for established caseload Responsible for maintaining complete, accurate and timely documentation in medical records in accordance with standards set by the State of NH, HIPAA and Agency Quality Assurance Program Maintain and provide consistent schedule, with both in home and remote days, per management discretion, that enhances the department’s ability to respond to client’s needs Check client insurance information Attends meetings, trainings and events as assigned Performs tasks, projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications Licensed in New Hampshire to provide outpatient psychotherapeutic services Ability to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing Must be able to exercise independent judgement and use discretion in the performance of these duties while operating within the limits of standard practice Must possess computer skills necessary to perform duties of this position Valid driver's license, proof of adequate automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation is required #J-18808-Ljbffr Behavioral Health and Developmental Services of Strafford County, Inc.
