We are growing and seeking a motivated Human Resources Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional healthcare professionals who align with our mission and values.
Position Summary
The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions within our home health organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring adequate staffing levels to support quality patient care and organizational growth.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions including field and office staff
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach)
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring interviews
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company hiring policies
Facilitate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment metrics
Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes
