Senior Real Estate Valuation VP (Senior Housing)

CBRE Dallas seeks a Vice President in Valuation Advisory Services to independently prepare market value appraisals for real estate, with review by a Managing Director. You will manage end-to-end appraisal reports, including defining scope, data collection, and applying valuation approaches. The role requires extensive appraisal experience, strong writing skills, and adherence to USPAP. MAI certification is preferred; relocation assistance may be available for a highly qualified candidate.
