Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company is partnering with a dynamic energy corporation to recruit an EPC Contracts Attorney. This is a part-time, indefinite contract role. Position Details Start Date: ASAP Duration: long term ongoing Hours: 5-10/week with ramp up to 20+ Location: Remote Compensation: $100/hr Responsibilities and Requirements Client is seeking an EPC attorney (Energy, Procurement, and Construction) with 5+ years of legal experience with commercial contracts in the energy/construction sectors Attorney will handle overflow work involving the company’s agreements with contractors in relation to the construction and installation of large-scale clean energy projects, usually solar or battery storage in nature Experience with construction contracts will be specifically relevant, including subcontractor and contractor agreements; experience drafting, negotiating, redlining these agreements in the energy, solar, battery contexts is especially useful License to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, active and in good standing, is required LOD is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
