E-Commerce & Amazon Marketplace Manager

We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Amazon Marketplace Manager to take ownership of a growing e-commerce business, with Amazon as the primary focus .
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who knows Amazon Seller Central inside and out and can take responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, account health, product launches, listing optimization, and overall marketplace performance.
Alongside Amazon, you’ll also help manage and grow our presence across Shopify and other major online marketplaces.
What You’ll Do
- Own the day-to-day performance and growth of the Amazon business
- Develop strategies to increase revenue, profitability, conversion rates, and organic rankings
- Manage Amazon Seller Central, account health, Buy Box performance, pricing, promotions, and catalog issues
- Lead new product launches from listing creation through launch and post-launch optimization
- Optimize titles, bullet points, keywords, A+ Content, Brand Store, images, videos, and other listing content
- Monitor key metrics including revenue, margin, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, inventory health, and advertising performance
- Identify and resolve suppressed listings, catalog errors, policy issues, and other marketplace challenges
- Analyze competitors, pricing, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with Creative, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Experience
- Support and grow additional e-commerce channels including Shopify, Walmart, Target Plus, TikTok Shop, Wayfair, Faire, Babylist, and other marketplaces
- Help launch and onboard new marketplaces as the business expands
- Build scalable reporting, processes, and systems that improve efficiency and performance
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
- Proven experience owning and growing an Amazon business with meaningful revenue responsibility
- Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, Brand Registry, A+ Content, pricing, promotions, catalog management, and account health
- Experience launching and scaling products on Amazon
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn marketplace data into action
- Experience with Amazon advertising and performance metrics
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, or similar platforms
- Experience with Shopify and additional e-commerce marketplaces is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional project management skills
