MCS Supply Chain Associate

Payrate: $27.00- $29.00/hr.


Summary:
This role requires consistent and strong communication within Supply Chain and throughout all and across all sites and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring supply reliability, efficiency, agility, and differentiation in service offerings.


Responsibilities:

• Procurement of printed and packaging components and raw materials.
• Place, expedite and/or negotiate orders with suppliers and resolve receiving and invoice discrepancies.
• Receive, evaluate, and process purchase requisitions for materials and services in compliance with established company policies and procedures.
• Manage purchase orders, vendor-managed inventory, or other supply agreements, which could include expediting, monitoring, and updating purchase orders.
• Handle projects with a moderate level of complexity, including special projects to identify cost opportunities and savings.
• Be innovative when problems arise and find solutions within common business and manufacturing practices.
• Maintain purchasing documentation to cGMP standards.
• Ensure audit compliance readiness of purchase orders and related records.
• Monitor and coordinate returns of goods.
• Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators
• Organize, analyze, and communicate metrics and data to highlight operations performance.
• Respond effectively to crises and resolve issues arising from competing objectives, limited resources, or differing perspectives.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school/GED + 4 years of relevant work experience Or Associate's + 2 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelor's + 6 months of relevant work experience

Must Have Skills:

• Organization - Preferred candidates are well organized and able to handle multiple competing priorities between both Procurement and Warehouse Inventory Management.
• Communication Skills - Preferred candidates have strong communication skills and respond quickly and accurately, escalate issues as needed, and support the team.
• Proficient users of software applications - Associate will work within multiple systems including SAP, Smartsheet's, Microsoft Outlook, and potentially others

Soft Skills:

• Demonstrates strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication and consistent follow up.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while staying on top of tasks and deliverables.
• Technically proficient.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $27.00- $29.00/hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
