Senior Cost Accountant

Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client a Senior Cost Accountant to support cost accounting, inventory, financial reporting, and business partnering across multiple manufacturing sites. This role will also oversee U.S. fixed asset accounting and capital projects. Responsibilities Manage standard costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing variance analysis. Perform inventory reconciliations, reserves, and valuation analysis. Oversee fixed asset accounting, capitalization, transfers, and disposals. Support month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Partner with plant, operations, and supply chain leadership on cost reduction and operational improvements. Support internal controls, SOX, audits, ERP improvements, and process automation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or inventory accounting experience. Manufacturing experience required. Strong knowledge of standard costing, product costing, inventory accounting, and U.S. GAAP. Experience with large ERPs such as SAP, JD Edwards, or Oracle, preferred Multi-site manufacturing experience preferred.
