Leasing & Resident Relations Specialist
Roscoe Property Management
RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations on-site at our Charlotte, NC community. You will handle tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person), assist applicants with applications and deposits, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines. You will process applications with credit checks, coordinate with Community Manager on status, and close leases while preparing move-in paperwork and resident orientation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Roscoe Property Management
