Job Description: Now Hiring - Concrete Laborers, Finishers & Crew Members We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Concrete Laborers, Finishers, and Crew Members for concrete projects. Our crews work on foundations, flatwork, sidewalks, bridges, civil, slabs, and other concrete installations. We're looking for individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship, show up ready to work, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, align, and dismantle concrete forms
- Assist with pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete
- Finish surfaces using hand and power tools (floats, trowels, screeds, etc.)
- Smooth and edge surfaces to achieve proper grade and finish
- Operate power vibrators to consolidate concrete
- Apply curing compounds, sealers, and surface treatments
- Assist with site prep, grading, and cleanup
- Operate skid steers, track loaders, and other job-site equipment (as needed)
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a crew
- Concrete experience required
- Experience operating equipment is a plus
