YOUR DAY As our hybrid Family Law Case Management Paralegal, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of assigned cases, ensuring files, communications, deadlines, and court-related activities remain organized and up to date. You'll maintain case records in MindMeister and Google Drive, coordinate calendars, schedule meetings and court appearances, prepare and electronically file legal documents, communicate with clients and third parties, support attorneys during hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials, and ensure all time is accurately entered into Clio. REQUIREMENTS Detail-oriented and professional Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to maintain confidential records Strong listening and communication skills Ability to draft and explain legal documents Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with Google Workspace, online software, and AI tools Ability to prioritize deadlines and complete tasks accurately Fast and accurate typing skills A current paralegal certification or higher, and at least 2 years of Family Law experience, are preferred.
