Back on Track Counseling & Consulting is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team for a full-time position. In this role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to support individuals in overcoming challenges related to mental health and substance use disorders while promoting overall wellness and recovery.

This remote position allows for a flexible work-life balance while providing essential support to clients at our Detox Center. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Back on Track, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments of clients to identify their unique needs, strengths, and challenges, ensuring a holistic understanding of their situation.
• Providing individualized counseling and health education focused on disease management, lifestyle modification, and coping strategies to enhance client resilience.
• Collaborating with patients and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans aimed at addressing both mental health and substance use issues.
• Facilitating goal-setting sessions, both synchronously and asynchronously, to assist clients in managing their chronic conditions and supporting behavioral changes.
• Engaging in regular outreach to clients based on their preferences and needs, fostering sustained engagement and motivation for positive change.
• Meticulously documenting patient interactions, progress notes, and care plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

The primary focus of your work will be with patients at our Detox Center who are navigating challenges related to substance use and mental health conditions. Our clients often come from diverse backgrounds, facing various psychosocial difficulties. You will play a critical role in providing compassionate, culturally competent care that addresses the holistic needs of each individual, ensuring they feel valued and respected throughout their recovery journey.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of experience working in mental health or outpatient settings.
• A thorough understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment methodologies appropriate for substance use and mental health care.
• Strong interpersonal communication and assessment skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.

Candidates with experience working in detoxification or addiction recovery settings will be given preference. Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and a passion for supporting marginalized populations will also enhance your candidacy.

Back on Track Counseling & Consulting offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, supplemented by performance bonuses. Our extensive benefits package includes:
