Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of your assigned client populations.

• Conduct family and child counseling sessions addressing medical necessity and exploring underlying emotional struggles.

• Develop and facilitate psycho-educational groups, including parenting classes and educational workshops, as needed to support client development.

• Accurately complete client case materials, including treatment plans and statistical data, in compliance with clinic guidelines.

• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of all sessions, including charting, reports, and statistical information, to meet regulatory requirements.

• Meet defined billing metrics by delivering an appropriate number of reimbursable hours each week, ensuring the sustainability of our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse client base that includes children, families, and adults, often facing a range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. Your expertise will be critical in guiding them toward improved mental health, effective coping strategies, and enriched family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
