Assistant Project Manager

TBG is looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join a high-performing team where you'll have ownership over your work and a clear path to grow into a Project Manager role. This is a role for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to be in the middle of the action. You'll work closely with our Project Managers and Superintendents to keep projects moving, documentation tight, and teams aligned from kickoff to closeout. What You'll Be Doing You’ll coordinate daily project activities across scheduling, documentation, submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and change orders. You’ll attend and support construction and financial meetings, manage projects in Procore, and help maintain committed costs and owner pay apps on a monthly basis. As you grow into the role, you’ll also mentor newer Project Engineers on the team.
