Company Description DMT Trucking is a specialized flatbed operation, and part of the PS Logistics family of companies. DMT currently runs over 350 trucks and almost 500 trailers from our five terminals in Birmingham, AL, Scottsboro, AL, Camden, AL, Starke, FL and Broken Bow, OK.. DMT Trucking provides safe and reliable transportation to customers across the eastern half of the United States, and is unique to any other PS Logistics owned company in that its fleet of over the road trailers is comprised of all 53-foot trailers. Job Description Use applicant tracking system to respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standards Cold call and respond to calls quickly Pre-screen potential applicants Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer Schedule driver orientations and training Run reports such as background checks MVR and DAC reports as well as other administrative duties Utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads The desire to build relationships with flatbed drivers over the phone. Able to maintain a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced work environment. Goal driven. The ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or an Associates degree with a minimum of two years office related experience (required). Current or prior recruiting experience (preferred) 4 year degree Recruiting expereince Recruit drivers Additional Information This job is a salary position with no guarantees for career progression.
