Restroom Attendant

The Restroom Attendant will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of their assigned restroom(s) during events at MSG Arena & Theater. What will you do? Removes restroom trash, sweeps, mops, wipes down surfaces, cleans toilets, sinks and mirrors. Maintains restroom supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap and hand sanitizer. Report any maintenance concerns or potential safety issues. Creates an inviting, welcoming and positive atmosphere within the arena & theater and for generating positive and memorable guest experiences during all events. Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site. What do you need to succeed? Must possess understanding of basic cleaning applications such as sweeping, mopping & detailing. Must adhere to company uniform policy. Must be able to communicate effectively and follow directions. Previous guest service experience is a plus. Will possess excellent communication skills, work ethic, and strong attention to detail, leadership qualities and ability to work in a team environment. Special Requirements Able to walk and stand during for duration of shift apart from scheduled breaks. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 bs. Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
