This role is ideal for a proven sales professional with a strong track record in pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, roll-fed labels, and flexible packaging./ppYou will identify opportunities in the market that help commercialize and protect our customers products. Success requires a proactive mindset, a strategic long-term view of client relationships, and a passion for asking insightful questions that uncover both current and future customer needs./ppThe ideal candidate has extensive industry experience, an established network, and a demonstrated ability to grow wallet share, improve margins, and build strong partnerships with brand owners and manufacturers./ppKey Responsibilities/ppSales Approach Mindset/pulliDemonstrate a proactive approach, anticipating customer needs and presenting solutions before challenges arise./liliMaintain a strategic, long-term account management mindset focused on multi-year growth, customer retention, and expanding share-of-wallet./liliBalance hunter and farmer behaviorsactively pursuing new opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to maximize value./liliManage a defined sales bag, understanding current spend levels and developing plans to grow revenue within existing accounts./liliApply value-based, margin-conscious selling, identifying opportunities to improve profitability through differentiation and creative solutions./liliUse strong discovery techniques to ask the right questions, listen deeply, and uncover operational pain points, future needs, and innovation opportunities./liliMaintain strong sales discipline with consistent prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline development./li/ulpBusiness Development Client Management/pulliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships./liliIdentify and engage new prospects through networking, referrals, industry events, and outbound outreach./liliGrow territory or account revenue through planned, targeted sales activity that aligns with Inovars commercial goals./li/ulpConsultative Selling Product Expertise/pulliAssess customer needs and recommend tailored packaging solutions that enhance product performance and brand impact./liliProvide clients with detailed knowledge of label materials, printing technologies, adhesives, and application processes./liliGuide purchasing decisions through education, discovery, and solution-driven consultation./li/ulpSales Strategy, Execution Internal Collaboration/pulliDevelop and implement sales strategies focused on target segments within labels and flexible packaging./liliPrepare quotes, credit terms, bid specifications, and proposals; negotiate pricing and agreements to close profitable deals./liliPartner with internal teamsincluding purchasing, production, quality, and logisticsto ensure on-time delivery and flawless execution./liliMaintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales activity tracking./li/ulpMarket Awareness Leadership/pulliStay current on industry trends, materials, technologies, competitor capabilities, and sustainability initiatives./liliPosition Inovar as a trusted, forward-thinking partner by bringing insights, innovation, and solutions to customers./li/ulpRequired Skills Qualifications/pulliPassion for customer service, creative problem-solving, and proactive account development./lilistrong3+ years/strong of direct sales experience in pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, roll-fed labels, flexible packaging, reclosure, or lidding solutions./liliDeep knowledge of printing technologies, substrates, adhesives, and application methods./liliProven success in growing revenue, increasing wallet share, and achieving sales targets./liliStrong ability to build relationships with brand owners, converters, and manufacturers./liliExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills./liliFamiliarity with packaging regulations, compliance standards, and sustainability trends./liliProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, or related field./liliExisting network within food, beverage, personal care, pharmaceutical, or industrial labeling sectors./li/ulpPhysical Requirements/pulliAbility to lift sample materials and presentation kits up to 25 lbs./liliFrequent travel to customer sites, trade shows, and company facilities./li/ulpIf youre seeking an opportunity with a company that values innovation, teamwork, craftsmanship, and a proactive approach to serving customers, Inovar Packaging Group is the place for you./p/div
