Youth Employment Case Manager & Coach

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is hiring a Case Manager Youth Engagement to provide pre- and post-employment case management, social services navigation, coaching, and supports to youth aged 16–24 in the Metro Chicago area. The role focuses on removing barriers to employment, including transportation, housing, healthcare, and skill development, with a grant-funded, 3–12 month timeframe. The incumbent will develop individualized plans, perform progress documentation, and collaborate with #J-18808-Ljbffr Amazinggoodwill
