Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans as directed by Physical Therapists, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment methodologies in conjunction with the supervising Physical Therapist based on patient feedback and performance.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care, participating in case discussions, and contributing to treatment strategy decisions.

Compensation and Benefits
