We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our growing Ad Sales team. In this high-impact role, you will help strengthen client partnerships, accelerate revenue growth, and bring innovative advertising campaigns to life. You'll work closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to develop strategic media plans, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities to maximize results through creator-led video solutions.This position is based in our Los Angeles office with a hybrid work schedule.ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and expand relationships with key clients and agency partnersPartner with your Account Director to share best practices, improve campaign performance, and introduce clients to new and existing offeringsCollaborate with marketing, research, and operations teams to develop creator-focused advertising opportunities across priority categories and brandsManage creator-led initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, both internally and externallyAnalyze campaign data to evaluate KPIs, identify trends, optimize performance, and uncover growth opportunitiesDemonstrate exceptional attention to detail and maintain professional written and verbal communication across all interactions with internal teams, clients, agency partners, and external stakeholdersPrepare polished post-campaign reports that highlight results, case studies, and recommendations for future initiativesSupport revenue growth by identifying upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accountWho You AreDeep understanding of video advertising and campaign measurementHighly analytical with a strong understanding of advertising performance metricsAdvanced Excel skills with experience analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendationsAdvanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, client-facing presentationsProven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levelsStrategic, proactive thinker who excels in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environmentStrong project management skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneouslyMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience5+ years of experience partnering with clients to understand business goals, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities while developing data-driven strategiesExperience in digital media, advertising technology, performance marketing, brand marketing, or a related industryPreferred QualificationsHighly preferred 1–2 years of experience managing Entertainment (Studio) and/or Gaming accounts on the publisher side, with a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape and the distinct business needs, priorities, and dynamics that shape these industriesStrong interest in the creator economy and understanding of the role creators play in today's media landscapeDemonstrated success managing revenue goals and consistently delivering strong resultsProven track record of earning strong performance reviews, exceeding client expectations, and delivering measurable business results.Medical insurance covered up to 100%Dental & vision insurance401(k) matchingStock optionsDiscretionary PTOAutonomy and upward mobilityDiverse, equitable, and inclusive culture, where your voice mattersIn compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Culver City, CA. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $100K-$110K salary per year.
