Troubleshoot issues involving computers, software, printers, mobile devices, networks, and peripherals. Support restaurant technology, including POS systems, kitchen display systems, phones, internet connectivity, and online ordering platforms. Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system. Escalate complex issues and collaborate with vendors and IT team members as needed. Assist with device setup, deployment, inventory tracking, and other technology support initiatives. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, computer hardware, printers, and mobile devices. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment. Ability to work the required Thursday through Monday schedule, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Experience Help desk, desktop support, technical support, customer service, retail, restaurant, or hospitality technology experience.
