Responsibilities

• Handful of experience on managing Infrastructure projects ex: below as a primary responsibility
• IT Infrastructure consolidations
• High level knowledge on Server, Storage & Network Technologies
• Migrations to cloud platforms
• Datacenter consolidations
• O365 user integrations
• Directs and manages large and complex project development from beginning to end
• Defines project scope, goals and deliverables to support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develops full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Collaborates with project stakeholders on an on-going basis
• Estimates resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path items
• Tracks project milestones and deliverables
• Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Manages changes in project scope, identifies potential concerns, and devises contingency plans
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure processes
• Understanding of business processes
• Strong leader who takes ownership and provides a clear roadmap for the project
• Comfortable leading executive steering reviews
• Very strong communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation
• Keeps team organized, informed, and on the same page
• Keeps team focused and accountable with a sense of urgency
• Recognizes risks and issues - prioritizes - offers solutions - plans mitigation
• Ability to quickly identify and bring focus to root issues
• Ability to assess and bring clarity to project status
• Ability to navigate quickly through complexity and conflict
• Ability to build effective business relationships with other functional areas to best support mutual objectives
