Notre Direction de l’Offre GRH / Paie recherche son‑sa Manager pour encadrer une équipe de mise en œuvre, de déploiement et de support des logiciels de gestion du temps (Médical et non médical). Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de mise en œuvre GRH et de construction de l’offre de gestion du temps médical et non médical. Vous piloterez les activités favorisant une utilisation optimale de celle‑ci auprès de nos adhérents. Votre quotidien Identifier la charge de travail et affecter les compétences tout en respectant les délais du planning de mise en œuvre. Planifier et suivre les actions ainsi que hiérarchiser les priorités. Planifier les ressources pour le support. Fluidifier le travail interservices en collaboration étroite avec les autres managers et les directeurs. Communiquer de manière transparente avec son équipe et sa hiérarchie. Assurer le maintien et le développement des compétences de l’équipe. Donner du sens aux directives pour fédérer les équipes. #J-18808-Ljbffr WeRecruit
