Location: Lincoln Center (Journey Academy & Billings Multilingual Academy) 10-Month position; 8 hours/day; Monday - Friday $18.94/hour for 90 work-day probationary period; then $21.04/hour FULLY PAID INSURANCE; PERS RETIREMENT; VACATION/SICK DAYS
Excellent skills in human relations
Excellent phone and communication skills
A sense for routine management decisions to help department
Multi-tasking abilities
Strong computer skills, Word and Excel
Arrange and schedule meetings
Assist and maintain budget records and financial reports
Other duties as assigned
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Two years of secretarial coursework at a technical school or college; three years of secretarial experience and/or combination of education and experience
