International Accounting Manager - Private Equity - Boston - Hybrid A leading global private equity firm is seeking an International Accounting Manager in their Boston office to support global financial operations across international entities. This is a highly visible role focused on international accounting, consolidations, statutory reporting, month-end close, audit support, and financial analysis within a fast-paced global environment. Responsibilities Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and multi-entity financial reporting Review international statutory financials and ensure local GAAP/IFRS compliance Manage relationships with global accounting providers, auditors, and tax advisors Support forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting Oversee multi-currency consolidations, intercompany activity, and cash management Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting efficiencies Partner cross-functionally on entity formations, restructurings, and strategic projects Qualifications 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a multinational environment CPA and public accounting background preferred Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Exposure to Power BI or Tableau preferred This is an excellent opportunity for an International Accounting professional to join a high-performing team.
