Role We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruiting efforts by identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high‑quality candidates. This role is critical in helping scale hiring by partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders. Responsibilities Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs, team goals, and candidate profiles Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, ATS databases, social platforms, and other creative sourcing channels Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Conduct initial outreach to candidates and manage engagement through personalized messaging Pre‑screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural alignment before passing to recruiters Track and manage candidate activity within the ATS and ensure data accuracy Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent Support employer branding efforts by promoting the company’s value proposition Qualifications 2‑5 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent research Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, résumé databases, and Boolean search techniques Experience sourcing for technical or hard‑to‑fill roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Pay Range: CAD $20.00 - CAD $30.00 /Hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr PDF Solutions
