What You'll Do:

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and physical functional disorders
• Develop individualized care plans following regulatory standards
• Provide skilled rehabilitative services, including ADL retraining and therapeutic exercises
• Use standardized assessments to support clinical decisions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Document all clinical activities in electronic health records
• Collaborate with healthcare team and support staff to enhance patient recovery
• Support supervision of occupational therapy assistants and students as needed
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions

What You Need:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma
• NBCOT certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• 1+ year experience in long-term care or equivalent setting
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
• Commitment to ethical practice and clinical standards
