Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year A bit about us: We are partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented organization seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee core accounting operations and lead a high-performing team. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements. You’ll bring a strong foundation in GAAP, a hands-on approach to the close process, and the ability to mentor staff while partnering cross-functionally across the business. Why join us? High-impact role with visibility across leadership and operations Leadership opportunity – manage, mentor, and develop a team Process-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and automation Stable, growing environment within a complex, detail-oriented industry Exposure to cross-functional teams including operations and supply chain Opportunity to strengthen controls and influence best practices Job Details Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financials Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Oversee general ledger activity, accruals, and estimates Support audit activities (internal & external) Supervise, train, and develop accounting staff Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies Partner cross-functionally to support reporting and financial analysis What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience (direct or indirect) Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls Advanced Excel skills CPA or CPA-track preferred Public accounting background is a plus Interested in hearing more?
