Sales Trainee / Healthcare Account Executive

We sell a service here at Medix of streamlining the hiring process for our clients. This is a staffing sales role, however we are open to those with experience or without staffing & recruiting experience. This role will have growth into a B2B Account Executive role after initial Recruitment training (3 months). What You’ll Do Phase 1: Learn the fundamentals of the Medix recruiting process Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e. job boards, networking groups, etc.) Assess candidates through phone screening, virtual interviewing, skills testing, and reference checks Held to weekly quotas for phone screening, virtual interviewing, reference checks, weekly resume submissions, etc. Obtain and generate sales leads Participate in weekly progress meetings to determine product knowledge Participate in sales role plays Participate in progress meetings to determine product and sales knowledge Attend meetings with current account executives through shadowing Continue to participate in weekly progress meetings, coaching, role plays, etc. Cold call to set new meetings Build out territory with potential clients and identify prospects Maintain and develop relationships with new and potential clients by building a strong network (joining associations, networking groups, social media, etc.) Obtain and generate sales leads and set new meetings with potential clients through cold calling, emails, messaging etc. Effectively sell Medix staffing services Develop and execute a territory plan Negotiate client contracts Assist, develop, and manage a team of recruiters Held to weekly quotas for reachouts, cold calls, meetings, etc. Serve as point of contact for candidates and clients by resolving any issues that may arise What You’ll Need Comfortability working in a heavy outbound, phone based position Proven desire and ability to take initiative Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Interest in working in a results driven culture with visible KPIs Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required Competitive mindset How I Am Evaluated Maintaining spread, or profit, by building a book of clients putting awesome talent to work Meet weekly, quarterly and yearly KPI's Complete role plays with leadership per quarter What’s In It For You Competitive salary + uncapped commission Traditional and Roth IRA 401(k)with employer matching Comprehensive medical insurance, Dental/Vision insurance, Pet insurance Competitive paid time off program and 9 paid holidays + Employer sponsored Day of Service Employer financed life, long term and short term disability insurance Comprehensive training and professional development program Promotion opportunities in sales, account management or professional recruitment Gym membership reimbursement & Student loan repayment program Location Hybrid Model: Monday - Thursday in office, Friday work from home Compensation Structure Base Salary + Uncapped Commission and Quarterly Bonuses #J-18808-Ljbffr Medix™
