We are seeking motivated associate attorneys with 1-3 years of experience, ideally in insurance defense, to join our dynamic team in West Palm Beach. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and analyze a range of legal documents, including reports to carriers, pleadings, motions, and discovery materials. Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw. Take and defend depositions. Represent clients in court appearances for conferences, motions, and hearings. Manage complex cases from initiation to resolution. Collaborate with experts and fellow legal professionals to achieve favorable outcomes. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in insurance defense (preferred but not required). Must be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing. Experience in personal injury and/or bodily injury litigation (plaintiff or defense) is highly desirable. Prior experience in the insurance industry or corporate risk management is a plus. Strong case management skills, with the ability to conduct comprehensive discovery.
