Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments tailored to patient needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy in individual, couples, family, and group settings, utilizing techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Deliver crisis intervention services, coordinating care with healthcare professionals to ensure that patients in acute distress receive appropriate and timely support.

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their families, empowering them to actively manage their mental health and navigate available resources.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care, ensuring continuity of services.

• Conduct periodic evaluations of treatment outcomes and adjust therapeutic plans as necessary to optimize patient progress.

You will primarily serve patients within a hospice care setting, dealing with a spectrum of mental health challenges that often accompany serious illnesses. Compensation and Benefits\n
