What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Regional Director Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple venues. One Team Mentality: Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals. Talent Champion: Passion for succession planning, leadership development, and building high-performing teams. Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into action. Clear Communicator: Sets direction, coaches effectively, and drives accountability with clarity. What You Will Do in the Role Operational Leadership (20%): Provide strategic direction, communication, training, and empowerment to Venue Directors of Operations to ensure alignment with sales goals, service excellence, and brand standards. Talent Development (20%): Build and sustain a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and development initiatives. Performance Management (15%): Establish goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance and development reviews. Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%): Partner with cross-functional teams to support enterprise initiatives and shared priorities. Venue Oversight & Hospitality Coaching (30%): Travel frequently to assigned venues to observe operations, provide in-person coaching, recognize strong performance, and ensure consistent hospitality delivery. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred) 3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership across multiple states (required) 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in food & bottle operations (preferred) Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic action plans Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills Proven success leading leaders and driving accountability Range: $185,000.00 - $205,000.00 USD Annual BENEFITS Free Play & 1/2 price food!
