We are looking for a professional who has experience acting as a Lead Analyst and Subject Matter Expert in support of investment management systems, with a concentration on investment accounting applications. Flexibility is important, as is a strong understanding of the asset management business, the systems ecosystem, investment accounting, and the ability to lead others and share knowledge.

Hands-on SimCorp Dimension experience is a must for this role. End-user support experience on the client-side. Excellent understanding of asset classes and how end-users use Dimension. Strong general knowledge of asset management operations. Intimate familiarity with the Dimension data model. Willing and able to share knowledge and train colleagues in an efficient and structured manner. Able to deliver Dimension enhancements by designing and building interfaces, reports, batch jobs, and modifying configurations. Comfortable working in a global environment. Ability to consult on implementation approaches and production support pitfalls. Knowledge of best practices regarding Dimension support, change management, and upgrades. Lead meetings. Determine relative priorities. Follow tasks through from start to finish. Strong documentation skills and procedure design abilities. Attention to detail and comfortable working in a regulated and audited environment. Willing to take responsibility for owning support issues or the body of support work. Operate with a high degree of independence. Ability and confidence to meet with business clients and represent day to day Dimension issues and changes clearly and effectively. Coordinate multiple actors from multiple teams and work collaboratively. Confidence and demeanor to act as the go-to person for the team and ability to make sound decisions on the best way forward for issues and fixes. Ability to forge strong working relationships with colleagues in both IS and the Business. Comfortable with both hands-on app support, as well as leading groups and participating in projects. A desire to learn new skills, adapt, and take on new challenges.
