Registered Nurse

The position involves providing care for a primarily adolescent patient population aged 10 to 26 years. Responsibilities include medication review, patient education, and reviewing after visit summaries. The role requires managing electronic health records and coordinating care for patients and caregivers. Key tasks include prescription refills, triaging calls, medication reconciliation, and reviewing charts. Collaboration with other disciplines, such as pharmacy, social work, and nutrition, is essential to ensure comprehensive care. Services provided include well visits, physical exams for school and sports, health exams, immunizations, acute care, and same-day visits.
