TekPro is partnering with two established manufacturers in Elk Grove Village, IL that produce precision components—yes, including aerospace parts—in clean, modern facilities. We’re hiring both CNC Machinists and CNC Operators who want stable, long-term roles with strong earning potential.

Imagine setting up a CNC mill or lathe, dialing in offsets, and validating each dimension—knowing those parts may ultimately contribute to aerospace performance. Roles & Pay

• CNC Machinists: $26.00–$37.00/hr , based on experience
• CNC Operators: $22.00–$30.00/hr , based on experience

What You’ll DoAs a CNC Machinist

• Set up and operate CNC equipment (mills, lathes, or similar).
• Interpret blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Make tooling and offset adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Thrive alongside experienced machinists and skilled operators.

As a CNC Operator

• Load and unload machines to maintain production flow.
• Observe machine performance and cycle times.
• Perform basic quality inspections.
• Assist with tooling changes and machine adjustments.

Schedule & Overtime

• 1st Shift: Available
• 2nd Shift: Available
• Overtime: Consistent 10–15 hours per week available

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience in CNC machining or CNC operation preferred
• Setup skills are a plus
• Blueprint reading ability
• Hands-on time with CNC mills, lathes, or other machining equipment
• Strong quality mindset and attention to detail
• Reliable and willing to work overtime when needed
