Landscaping Crew MemberAs a Landscaping Crew Member, you'll be part of a dedicated crew working on commercial landscaping projects. You'll help keep properties looking clean, safe, and vibrant by doing tasks like mowing, trimming, planting, and more. Every day is an opportunity to make a difference and grow your skills.Key Responsibilities:Follow all company safety rules and proceduresUse landscaping tools and equipment safely and correctlyOperate zero-turn mowers and other equipment as neededPerform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and weedingClean and maintain flower beds and landscaped areasKeep job sites clean and neat after work is doneInstall plants, mulch, and other landscaping materialsCheck equipment before use and report any issuesSupport loading, unloading, and delivery of materialsFollow instructions from crew leader and account managerAttend safety and training meetings when requiredAccurately clock in and out at each job siteCommunicate clearly with team leads about job needs or problemsWhat We're Looking For:English/Spanish bilingual strongly preferred.At least 1 year of landscaping experience (commercial or residential)A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferredAbility to work independently or as part of a team.Reliable and shows up to work on timeFollow health and safety guidelines.Able to follow written and verbal instructionsGood communication skills and willing to learn new skillsAble to handle multiple tasks and stay on scheduleWork Environment:Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditionsRegular use of landscaping tools and equipmentTypical workdays are 8 to 10 hoursMust be able to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, climb, and balance as neededMust be able to use hands to operate tools and equipmentMust be able to see clearly up close and at a distance (with or without corrective lenses)May need to lift or move items weighing 25–50 poundsAbout DTK Landscaping:DTK Landscaping specializes in transforming landscapes for a diverse Houston-based clientele, delivering custom solutions that elevate outdoor spaces and enrich environments.Our mission is to nurture indoor and outdoor spaces, prioritize care for our employees, customers, and the environment, all for the glory of God.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
