Job Overview We are currently looking for a full‑time Clinician to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to work outside of traditional orthotics in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families. Responsibilities As a Clinician, you will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. You will provide evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and related conditions involving misshapen ears, and develop lasting relationships with families throughout their treatment. Backgrounds We Accept Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists, due to their knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development. Registered Nurses, because of their experience in hands‑on patient care and compassion for families. Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists and Certified Orthotists, for their hands‑on experience with orthotics and direct patient care. A background in pediatrics is preferred, but not necessary as we have a formal training program that includes mentoring. What We Offer Visible, measurable changes in 2‑3 weeks.
