Mowing Foreman

Seasons Best Landscaping is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mowing Foreman to lead a team in delivering high-quality lawn maintenance services to our valued customers. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 1-4 members in performing mowing, edging, weed control, and property clean-up tasks
• Operate and maintain various equipment, including stand-on mowers, riding mowers, push mowers, string trimmers, and hand tools
• Drive a commercial vehicle and safely tow a trailer to job sites
• Oversee job layout, manage materials, and complete required paperwork for each project
• Utilize company software systems for job tracking, including recording hours, work orders, and expenses
• Communicate effectively with customers, crew members, and management to ensure customer satisfaction and team coordination
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Supervise snow removal operations during the winter, including managing crews and ensuring quality control
• Follow all company policies and procedures

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience leading crews in a landscaping or lawn maintenance setting
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record for insurance purposes
• Proficient in operating advanced mowing equipment and driving a truck with a trailer
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use computers and adapt to new software programs
• Ability to develop strong professional relationships with customers and team members
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and a creative problem solver
• Physically able to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Previous experience setting up commercial mowing sites is preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
