Jr. Dispatcher & Administrative Assistant

Position Description Jr. Dispatcher & Administrative Assistant Uplifting Air & Services - Dade City, Florida Uplifting Air & Services is looking for a Junior Dispatcher & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn the operations side of a service-based business. If you enjoy problem solving, working with a team, and want to build a career in office administration or operations, this role is a great place to start. We are looking for someone who is motivated to grow with our company and become an important part of our daily operations. Responsibilities
• Assist with dispatching service technicians to scheduled jobs
• Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Help schedule service calls and maintain the dispatch calendar
• Enter customer information and job details into the system
• Support office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
• Communicate with technicians regarding job status and scheduling updates
• Assist with coordinating service requests and follow-ups
• Support the office team with daily operational tasks Qualifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Friendly and professional phone etiquette
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling systems)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company Requirements
• Must be able to work weekends when scheduled for on-call rotation
• Ability to work well with both customers and field technicians
