Job Title: Assistant Case Manager (Contractor) Job Type: Corporate Office Date Posted: Mar 6, 2026 Location: CHARLOTTE, NC 28273 Pay Rate: $40/hr Division: Charlotte, NC Essential Functions Assist the Case Manager with research, documentation, and preparation of evidentiary case files for Security Incidents occurring on QuikTrip property, including reviewing Incident Management reports, accessing QuikTrip Enterprise Security System components, and documenting facts relevant to reported Security Incidents. Utilize analytics, social media, and third‑party websites to initiate and support investigations into Security Incidents. Interview complainants, witnesses, and victims to document relevant facts. Maintain an auditable digital archive record of every Security Incident case file created and log data into the Security Department’s case management system. Prepare law enforcement reports on behalf of QuikTrip for Security Incidents meriting investigation or prosecution. Assist the Case Manager in ensuring all components of the enterprise video surveillance system function in accordance with QuikTrip design and standards. Serve as the primary QuikTrip point of contact for law enforcement agencies and prosecutors’ offices in criminal prosecutions, including developing and maintaining relationships with law enforcement, prosecutors, retail partners, and retail crime associations. Liaise with law enforcement officials, prosecutors, QuikTrip Security and Operations personnel, and third parties to create comprehensive case files for external criminal perpetrators to achieve deterrence and minimize loss and fraud. Appear in court to testify on behalf of QuikTrip and present and authenticate video and other evidence. Effectively manage multiple case assignments across jurisdictions. Respond to law enforcement/prosecutors’ requests for evidence in active criminal cases involving external perpetrators where QuikTrip is a victim. Prepare and present victim impact statements and/or restitution paperwork on behalf of QuikTree in criminal cases where QuikTrip is a victim. Network with retail and government resources to identify, investigate, and address retail crime activities and perform any additional related tasks directed by QuikTrip.
