Senior Business Planning Manager

Supporting the central business planning function for the EnFin business, the full-time Senior Business Planning Manager will develop and maintain an integrated view of business performance, manage cross-functional planning processes, and prepare reporting materials to align with HQ expectations, based in San Francisco, CA with potential remote work for exceptional cases. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of integrated business performance metrics across various dimensions Drive execution of cross-functional planning and operating cadence, including preparation of regular performance reviews Prepare HQ reporting materials and business updates, ensuring clarity and alignment with leadership expectations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in business planning or strategic finance Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing relationships with stakeholders
