Strategic Finance Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong technical and analytical skills to play a key role in shaping strategic financial decisions, working onsite in Westerville, OH.

Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy, planning, and business case development
Build financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities
Lead or support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
Support M&A analysis, due diligence, and integration planning as opportunities arise
Prepare executive-level presentations and financial reporting packages
Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and business unit leaders
Identify and drive process improvements within financial planning and analysis functions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA a big plus
Public accounting background a big plus
4+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or strategic finance experience
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership
Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic priorities
