Strategic Finance Manager

Job Description We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong technical and analytical skills to play a key role in shaping strategic financial decisions, working onsite in Westerville, OH. Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy, planning, and business case development
- Build financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities
- Lead or support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Support M&A analysis, due diligence, and integration planning as opportunities arise
- Prepare executive-level presentations and financial reporting packages
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and business unit leaders
- Identify and drive process improvements within financial planning and analysis functions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA a big plus
- Public accounting background a big plus
- 4+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or strategic finance experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic priorities
