Position Overview

Desort is expanding our national footprint and seeking a driven, relationshipfocused Business Development Partner to accelerate our growth across the U.S. market. This role is ideal for a strategic communicator who thrives in a performancedriven environment and excels at building longterm client partnerships.

What You'll Do
• Manage, grow, nurture, and build a highvalue client portfolio
• Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
• Build strong, trustbased relationships with decisionmakers
• Expand and strengthen Desort's national network
• Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver exceptional service
• Represent the Desort brand with professionalism and authority

What We're Looking For
• Recruitment experience required (agency or inhouse)
• Sales experience required
• Strong communication and clientfacing skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• Selfmotivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment
