Electrical / Conveyance Superintendents

Next Level Technician is hiring experienced Electrical / Conveyance Superintendents in Virginia Beach, VA.

Pay: $40–$50/hr DOE

Responsibilities

• Oversee conveyance/pathway scope onsite
• Manage Leads and field crews
• Plan daily manpower, sequencing and work fronts
• Oversee basket tray, conduit/pipe, supports and pathway installations
• Read and interpret construction drawings
• Coordinate routing, elevations and penetrations
• Coordinate with Project Managers, the GC and other trades
• Track production, manpower, materials and schedule
• Maintain QA/QC standards
• Identify and resolve field constraints
• Maintain accurate red-lines and as-built documentation
• Ensure crews are working from current drawing revisions
• Enforce project and OSHA safety requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years commercial construction or low voltage experience
• 2+ years field leadership experience
• Strong conveyance/pathway experience
• Experience managing Leads and field crews
• Ability to read prints and coordinate field layout
• Strong manpower planning and scheduling skills
• Experience coordinating with GCs and other trades
• Strong safety and QA/QC background
• OSHA 30 required
• PlanGrid, Procore, or similar construction software experience preferred
• Data center or large industrial/commercial experience preferred
