You can expect mainly individual therapy sessions, but opportunities for conducting group therapy will also be available.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop a deep understanding of clients' mental health challenges.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using proven evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals and interventions, adjusting them as necessary

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and establish safety plans when needed.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that aligns with ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Lead and facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
